At Zalomavel Children’s Toy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you received, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (including all tags, labels, and packaging).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items (if applicable)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Carefully package the product(s) and include the RMA number with your return.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only a partial refund will be issued if the item is returned in a used or damaged condition.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized items that were customized according to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
- Products on sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns, depending on the terms stated during the promotion.
7. Refunds for Gift Orders
If you purchased a product as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser’s payment method. However, if the recipient prefers to receive store credit, we can provide a store gift card for the amount of the return.
